- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 17th day of May at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember S. Kurek - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 3, 2022 2. Business - FY 2023 Proposed Budget Discussion - Resolution 22-09 'A Resolution Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2023 Proposed Budget' - Set Public Hearing Date for FY 2022 Amended Budget and FY 2023 Budget 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Gravel Pit - Garbage Collection - Town Hall Project - Fire Department Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - LUDMA Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control - Parade - Richmond Black & White Days May 21, 2022 at 5:00 pm Councilmember M. Stephensen - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Youth Council - Pony Express Day - Executive Session to discuss the 2022 Citizen of the Year Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery - Memorial Day Flags - Emergency Preparedness - Neighborhood Watch 4. Other Business - June Newsletter Items - Next Meeting - June 7, 2022 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
