Interlocal Cooperation Agreement I. Meeting Called to Order II. Approve Minutes: March 16, 2022 III. Business: 1. Discussion regarding the use of the penstock (VRLPA) 2. Letter of Support for Easement modification 3. Discuss possibility of camp host at La Verkin Trailhead 4. Update on pastures (Casey Lofthouse) 5. Update on outcome of the Utah Historical Preservation Board consideration on the power plant application to the National Register of Historic Places 6. Discuss tearing down the dairy barn and replace with interpretive panels 7. Restroom maintenance schedule at La Verkin Trailhead 8. Status update on bridge and photos 9. Status of land sale and exchange process 10. Proposal for trial from La Verkin rim to Virgin River (below River Rock) 11. Statis update on landslide 12.
