- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday May 16, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the May 2, 2022 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Bill Johnson T-Mobile: Land lease 3. 5:15 Nella Burnette: Building permit 4. 5:25 Brady Carter: Planning and Zoning recommendation concerning Bee Ordinance 5. 5:35 4th of July: Theme, 5K run, etc. 6. 5:45 Cemetery 7. 5:55 Swimming pool 8. 6:05 Budget review 9. 6:15 Employee raises 10. 6:20 Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
