PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, May 9, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Discussion & Consideration for the State of Utah Security Contract - Discussion & Consideration of the State Asset Forfeiture Grant (SAFG) - Public Works Update - Update for the Last Resort Ranch Drain Ditch Re-Alignment - Discussion & Consideration of the Statewide Memorandum of Agreement for the Special Needs Registry - Discussion & Consideration for the County Junk Vehicle Removal Contest Phase 10 - Discussion & Consideration of Surplus Items - Discussion & Consideration of Volunteers for the County Fair - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Consideration of Minutes for Combined Commission Meeting held May 2, 2022 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Update on Events - Update from the Duchesne Arts Council - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devises, or Systems; And 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting - Adjournment
