PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday May 10, 2022 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting April 12, 2022. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) May 2022. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2021-2022 budget 4. Discuss/Approve 2022-2023 SGHA new Budget. 5. Signing of 'Resolution Approving the Agency Budget FY 2022-2023 6. Signing of the 'Civil Rights Certification.' 7. Signing of the 'PHA Board Resolution.' 8. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 9. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George 10. April 20-22 Utah NAHRO Conference paid registration for board members. Close Board Meeting Open Public meeting to discuss SGHA FY 2022-2023 Budget.
