AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMISSION MAY 18, 2022 REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on May 18, 2022, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Hearing, review, and action on a code text amendment, amending Section 15.01.100 of the American Fork City code, titled Streets. 2. Hearing, review, and action on a code text amendment, amending Section 17.08.304 of the American Fork City Code, titled Project Streets and Sidewalks. 3. Hearing, review, and action on the preliminary and final plat for Beck Hillside Estates, located in the area of 757 North 200 East, in the R1-9000 Residential zone. 4. Hearing, review, and action on an ordinance creating an Annexation Policy for American Fork City. 5. Review and action on a final plat for Autumn Crest Plat F, located in the area of 950 East Circle 1060 North, in the R1-9000 zone. 6. Other Business 7.
