RDA CONSENT ITEMS 13.1 APPROVAL OF THE RDA MEETING MINUTES Minutes of the Redevelopment Agency Meeting - May 10, 2022 13.2 ANNUAL REVIEW - Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orem (RDA) Bylaws The RDA Bylaws stipulate that the bylaws 'shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors at each annual meeting' and may be amended 'by majority vote of the Board of Directors of the Authority at a regular or special meeting.' The Chief Executive Officer is not recommending any changes to the bylaws at this time, and recommends the Board of Directors adopt the bylaws as written. 14. RDA SCHEDULED ITEMS 14.1 PUBLIC HEARING / RESOLUTION - Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orem - Approve and Adopt the Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 & Amend the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget Approve and Adopt the RDA Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 & Amend the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget Presenter: Brandon C.
