- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday May 2, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the April 18, 2022 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 SUU Representative: Discuss having SUU Government students come to help Minersville Town with Governmental tasks. 3. 5:20 Sherry Taylor: Water pressure problems 4. 5:30 4th of July 5. 5:40 Lifeguard application review 6. 5:50 Budget: requests for 2022-23 7. 6:00 Review and adopt Fence ordinance 4.6.22 amendment to section 4-14 and 4-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE UNIFORM ZONING ORDINANCE OF MINERSVILLE 8. 6:10 Pay bills 9. 6:20 Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
