- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on March 29, 2022, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2022-03-11 which approved the vacation of a portion of the Public Utility Easement at 724 East Fleming Drive. A copy of the complete text of the ordinance is on file in the City Administrative Offices (51 E. Main Street) and is available for public inspection. Dated this 28th day of April 2022.
