NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday May 3, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes April 5, 2022 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 1. Business License, Agape Massage- Colton Buttars 2. Cache County Sheriff's Office- Sheriff Jensen 3. COG Discussion and awarding of bids for Center Street project- Councilmember Donny Merrill 4. Resolution 2022-05-01 Fee Resolution 5. Update on County Garbage- Mayor Payne 6. Youth Council discussion 7. Budget Workshop 8. Parks/Recreation/Cemetery Update 9. Roads Update 10. Water Update 11. Planning & Zoning Update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
