- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, May 12, 2022, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 1.4 acres of property located at approximately 300 North 1200 East from A-2 to RA-1 with a TDR-R Overlay zone. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting. ___________________________________________ April Houser, Executive Secretary Posted at the below locations on April 28, 2022: 1. Mapleton Community Center Building 2. Ira Allan Park 3.
