HINCKLEY, UT THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, AND COMMUNICATION VI. REPORT OF GOVERNING BODY - BOARDS - COMMITTEES: BRIAN FLORANG, THOMAS MILLER, LEEANN TERRY, LEON LEWIS, RAY SEARLE VII. STAFF REPORTING VIII. NEW BUSINESS 1. Approve or deny a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to approve a request from Steven Fountaine for a Simple Lot Subdivision of Parcel H 2183 A and approve the dedication of street 350 W. St. to Hinckley Town. 2. Souvall Investments seeking approval of a 10' Utility Easement in Hinckley Meadows Subdivision on the front of Lots 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13, and 14. 3. TJ Roper is seeking approval of a Recreational Vehicle Application, 98 W 200 N, Hinckley along with a request to install RV water and sewer connections from existing services. 4. Review and adopt a resolution to amend the Hinckley Town Consolidated Fee Schedule to include a refundable deposit for Right-of-Way Encroachments. 5. 2022-2023 Budget Planning IX. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS 1. Sewer System Master Plan 2. Mini Split Install, Restroom & Breakroom Update 3. Water System Master Plan 4. 2022 Road Repair Project - Center Street 500 W - 1000 W 5. Hinckley Pioneer Days Celebration Planning X. MISCELLANEOUS DISCUSSION XI. PAYMENT OF BILLS XII. ADJOURNMENT THE TOWN COUNCIL MAY VOTE TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION.
