- GUNNISON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment: 1. Consider a zone change request on approximately 1.57 acres of property located at approximately 155 West 200 South from A-1 to R-2 10,000. -Brian Jensen 2. Proposed minor subdivision at approximately 152 West 200 South - Brian Jensen In compliance with ADA, those citizens in need of assistance may contact the Gunnison City offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
