Meeting Called to Order: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Appointments: 1. Board of Adjustment C. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Meeting Minutes: March 2, 2022, work and regular meeting 4. Checks and Invoices: $188,500.85 D. Business: 1. Presentation, discussion, and possible action to accept the FY 2022-2023 tentative budget. 2. Discussion and possible action to set the public hearing for the FY 2022-2023 tentative budget for May 18, 2022. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve Proclamation 2022-01; a proclamation designating April 29, 2022, as Arbor Day for the City of La Verkin. 4. Discussion and possible action to approve the revised preliminary and final plat for the Eves Garden Subdivision, an 11-lot subdivision located between 354 North Main Street and 374 North Main Street. 5. Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between La Verkin City and the Utah Department of Workforce Services regarding water assistance benefits. E. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 15 minutes with each individual taking no more than 3 minutes. G.
