- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday April 18, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the April 4, 2022 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Alfredo Rodrigus: Business License for food truck 3. 5:15 Bill Kelsey water leak 4. 5:20 Brandon Davis: Truck lease 5. 5:30 Water and sewer rate yearly increase amount 6. 5:40 Penalties for late utility bills 7. 5:50 Review and adopt Fence ordinance 4.6.22 amendment to section 4-14 and 4-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE UNIFORM ZONING ORDINANCE OF MINERSVILLE 8. 6:00 Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
