- Midvale Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing April 27, 2022 6:00 p.m. The Midvale Planning Commission will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Darren Nate, representing Ryker Development, LLC requests a partial right-of-way vacation at approximately 100 W. Center, in the TOD (Transit Oriented Development) zone, to allow for a 26-unit townhome project. 2. Darren Nate, representing Ryker Development, LLC requests Preliminary Subdivision and Conditional Use approval for a project located at approximately 100 W. Center, in the TOD (Transit Oriented Development) zone, to allow for a 26-unit townhome project. 3. Michael Edwards requests an amendment to Section 17-7-1.4 of the Midvale Municipal Code that proposes to decrease the rear setback from 25 feet to 15 feet.
