NOTICE AND AGENDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Council Meeting on Wednesday, April 13th at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The scheduled meeting will begin at 5 P.M.
1) Welcome
2) 5 P.M. Invocation
3) Interview of Candidates for City Manager
4) Closed session
5) Adjourn

Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
