- BUDGET PLANNING AGENDA SPRINGVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 14, 2022 AT 4:00 P.M. Springville Library 45 South Main Street Springville, Utah 84663 Notice is hereby given the Springville City Mayor, City Council and City Administration will be participating in a budget and goal planning meeting on: Tuesday, April 14, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Springville City Library 45 South Main Street, Springville, Utah CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by UCA 52-4-205. No official decisions will be made at this meeting.
