Entity: Milford City Body: City Council Subject: Grant Proposals Notice Title: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Second Public Hearing Notice Type: Hearing Date and Time: April 19, 2022 4:00 PM Description/Agenda: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Milford City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2022. The project consists of the acquisition of property for future development of affordable housing within Milford City limits by the Beaver Housing Authority. Comments will be solicited on the project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 4:00 PM on April 19, 2022, and will be held at the Milford City Administrative Building in the City Hall located at 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah 84751. Further information can be obtained by contacting Milford City Administrator, Makayla Bealer at 435.387.2717. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Milford City Administrator, Makayla Bealer at 435.387.2717 or 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah, at least three days prior to the hearing.
