Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project to be funded by the Bonds for financing the construction of water system improvements, including construction of the Lower 12-Mile pump house and power connections, improvements to the park well building, town well soft start system, transmission lines and chlorination system and SCADA upgrades, together with related improvements.
