PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday April 12, 2022 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting March 8, 2022. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) April 2022. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2021-2022 budget 4. Successful transfer of Admin funds to Cache Valley per FDIC insurance coverage. 5. Board approval on 2022-2023 Insurance Premiums. 6. Board approval for Fair Housing Training April 25-26. 7. Discuss 2022-2023 SGHA new Budget. Approval, Public Hearing etc. 8. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 9. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George 10. April 20-22 Utah NAHRO Conference paid registration for board members.
