- LEWISTON CITY Planning and Zoning Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a P&Z Meeting on the 5th day of April 2022 at the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening remarks o Chairman and Vice-Chairman Designation o Summary of approvals - Review minutes of the February 1, and March 1, 2022, meetings 2. Business - Reed Zaugg - Line Adjustment - Approval - 1190 W Center - Reed Zaugg - Line Adjustment - Approval - 1210 W Center - Jeff Hall - Subdivision Sketch Plan - Discussion - ~ 1030 S 800 W - Chris Karren - Lot Split - Approval Request ~ 1320 W. Center - Chris Karren - Subdivision Sketch Plan - Discussion ~ 1100 W 800 N 3. Other Business - Chairman - Town Business Councilman Morrison Report Business Park Phase 3 Final Plat - Approval o Municipal Codes - Discussion Mini Subdivision / Cluster Subdivision in A-10 - P&Z Administrator - Reminders - Process Improvements 4.
