Mike Balls submitted plans to build an accessory building including an Accessory Dwelling Unit at 98 1/2 S 250 E on 1.23 acres in a residential zone.

A. PROPOSAL TO AMEND 10.60.010 MINIMUM IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS: Public Hearing & Consider amendment -
This amendment is to prohibit 'knuckles' or 'bulges' in the road (widened sections).
B. PROPOSAL TO AMEND 13.70.030 BUILDING PERMITS: Public Hearing & Consider ordinance - This amendment requires combining lots before a building permit will be issued for homes straddling property lines.
C. PERMITTED USES IN COMMERCIAL AND PLANNED PROFESSIONAL ZONES: Consider amendments - Consider defining 'warehouse' vs. storage space - especially regarding online retailers. Clarify what is allowed in each zone.
D. 12.160 LANDSCAPING ORDINANCE: Consider amendments -
Discuss commercial and residential landscaping and proposed requirements.
