Syracuse City Arts Council Meeting Agenda March 2, 2022 8pm Meeting begins at 8pm in the Syracuse City Municipal Building's large conference room located at 1979 West 1900 South. 1. Opening Business - Call to Order - Adoption of March 2, 2022 Agenda - Review and Adoption February 2, 2022 Minutes - Approve Budget Expenditures since January 5, 2022 2. Public Comment-This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. . 3. Battle of the Bands Update 4. Rental prices for costumes and set pieces 5. Remaining 2021-2022 SCAC Season Events Orchestra: April 18, 2022 with a guest composer (not set yet). Jr. Theatre: Jr. Theatre Camp, Possible Audition Workshop; Mary Poppins Jr. 2023 Fall/Winter Production. Theatre: Shrek, the 2022 Spring/Summer Production Fundraisers: Battle of the Bands 2022 Other: Public Input for Season: 6. Publicity: Syracuse Connection information & other publicity as needed. WORK SESSION 7. Committee/Board Member Updates/Discussion 8. Future Agenda Items 9.
