Notice is hereby given that the Emery Town Council will be holding a public hearing at approximately 7:00 pm on March 9th, 2022, to review a proposal to rezone property located west of 174 W 400 South, which consists of approximately 5.98 acres from the Residential Zone (R-1) zone to the Light Industrial Zone (I-1).
It is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal.
State law requires that notification of a rezoning be provided to all affected property owners at least 10 days prior to the first public hearing on the issue. This notice was sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested.
If you are planning to attend this Public Meeting and, due to a disability, need assistance in understanding or participating in the meeting, please notify the Town ten or more hours in advance and we will, within reason, provide what assistance may be required.
