I, Sharla Bynum, City Council Chair, hereby determine that conducting the City Council meeting at an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location due to the large number of cases reported of the new variant of the coronavirus, SARS- CoV-2. Citizen Comments/Question Policy Time is made available for anyone in the audience to address the Council and/or Mayor concerning matters pertaining to City business.
