Public hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposal to adopt Chapter 12-106 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance establishing a Master Planned Community Zone b. Consideration of a recommendation to the City Council regarding the adoption of Chapter 12-106 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance establishing a Master Planned Community Zone c. Discussion and review of possible amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance - Chapter 12-400 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance 6. Consideration and approval of the February 3, 2022, regular Planning Commission minutes 7. Commissioner/Staff Comments 8.
