- A public hearing will be held on February 15, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Riverdale City Council Meeting located at 4600 S Weber River Drive, Riverdale, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment concerning the sale of approximately .24 acres and .03 acres of Riverdale City Corporation property, as described below, to Service Mortgage Corporation & Stewart E. Barlow. The purchase price for the property is $107,000.00. Parcel 1: 081120014, 1570 W. Ritter Drive, .24 acre or 10,454.4 sq ft. Parcel 2: 081070022, ~1585 W. Ritter Drive, .03 acre or 1,306.80 sq ft.
