- LEWISTON CITY Planning and Zoning Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a P&Z Meeting on the 1st day of February 2022 at the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening remarks - Mayor Hall - Expectation Setting - Review minutes of the January 4, 2021, meeting 2. Business - Platinum Construction, LLC - SFD - Approval - 338 N Main St - Chris Karren - Lot Split - Discussion ~ 1500 W. Center - Chris Karren - Lot Split - Discussion ~ 1000 N. 800 W. 3. Other Business - Chairman - Town Business o Business Park - Phase 3 - Discussion Annexation history and zoning (Sid) Zoning for current and future use Setback designation o Municipal Codes - Discussion 10-9-14 Site Development Standards 10-6-1 and 10-6-2 Zoning 10-8-2 Schedule of Uses Chapter 7 Land Use Definitions - P&Z Administrator - OPMA Training - General Plan 4.
