- Public Notice The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be held in-person (masks required) at Oakley City Hall at 960 W. Center Street. Public is encouraged to attend via the Zoom platform. ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 Passcode: 777869 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding Circle L Subdivision (previously the S&B&J Acres Subdivision) at approximately 161 East Boulderville Road. Proposed subdivision of parcel SBJAC-1AG-AM includes 4 lots on 26.79 acres. Applicant is Larry and Terrie Leifson. Plat can be viewed at www.oakleycity.com under the public notice for this hearing. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting of Planning Commission. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City recorder, Amy Rydalch at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
