Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Chad Jones, representing Marcus Lonardo, requests Rezone approval for a property located at 160 East 7200 South from Single Family Residential/Duplex Overlay/7200 South Overlay (SF-1/DO/7200 S) to Mixed Use/7200 South Overlay (MU/7200 S) to allow for a proposed 17-unit, 3-story townhome project with a flex space ground level for home office/business space. (21-008; Elizabeth Arnold) 2. Nancy Stoddard requests Rezone approval for a property located at 170 E 7200 S from Single Family Residential/Duplex Overlay/7200 South Overlay (SF-1/DO/7200 S) to Mixed Use/7200 South Overlay (MU/7200 S) to allow for a small office. (21-021; Elizabeth Arnold) 3. Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Chapters 17-7-1.4.A.2(a), 17-7-2.4.A.2(a), 17-7-3.4.A.2(a), and 17-7-4.4.A.2(a) to address projections into side yard setbacks. 4. Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to amend text in Chapters 17-2, 17-3, 17-7-1, 17-7-2, 17-7-3, 17-7-4, and 17-7-5 of the Midvale City Municipal Code.
