- Notice of Public Hearing Amended Agenda City of Woodland Hills Planning Commission Wed., January 19, 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on January 19, 2022. The hearing will be held at 7:00 pm at the City of Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Dr., Woodland Hills, UT 84653. Item #1- Proposal to Amend City Code 10-4-5D: Required Drawings and Information. Current city code reads: D. 'Each final site plan submitted shall contain the following information, unless specifically waived by the Planning Commission, in whole or in part: ' Proposed new city code would read: D. 'Each final site plan submitted shall contain the following information, unless specifically waived by the Building Inspector and other assigned review official.' Item # 2- Rezone Request from Nate Crow owner of property located at 80 West Valley View. The request is to rezone the property from an R-2 zone to a R-1 zone.
