AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION JANUARY 19, 2022 REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on January 19, 2022, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for 43 North Apartments, located in the area of 43 North 100 East, in the CC-1 Central Commercial zone 2. Hearing, review and action on a final plat for Timp Hollow Plat F Subdivision, consisting of 4 lots, located at approximately 1160 East 1030 North, in the R-1-9,000 zone 3. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for Roderick Catalyst Business Park Building 4 located in the area of 346 East 1600 South, in the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone 4. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for Roderick Catalyst Business Park Building 5 located in the area of 268 East 1600 South, in the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone 5. Other Business 6.
