PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday January 11, 2021 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting December 14, 2021. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) January 2022. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2021-2022 budget 4. Gloria Shakespeare signature for HAP checks. (AGAIN) 5. State Bank FDIC coverage $250,000 max amount. (Board approval) 6. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 7. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George 8. Report on 21 Emergency Housing Vouchers lease up. 9. CARES ACT money report. (Air Humidifiers) 10. Report on 1099/W-2's mailed out. 11. PIT count January 27-28th REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
