- Syracuse City Arts Council Meeting Agenda January 5, 2022 8pm Meeting begins at 8pm in the Syracuse City Municipal Building's large conference room located at 1979 West 1900 South. 1. Opening Business - Call to Order - Adoption of January 5, 2022 Agenda - Review and Adoption December 1, 2021 Minutes - Approve Budget Expenditures since December 1, 2021 2. Public Comment-This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. . 3. Proposal from the Gala Committee 4. Remaining 2021-2022 SCAC Season Events Orchestra: Jeannine Goeckeritz - February 28, 2022; and April 18, 2022 with a guest composer (not set yet). Choir: By invitation to sing with the Jazz Band or Orchestra Jazz Band: Spring Performance TBD, Heritage days. Jr. Theatre: Jr. Theatre Camp, Possible Audition Workshop; Mary Poppins Jr. 2023 Fall/Winter Production. Theatre: Shrek, the 2022 Spring/Summer Production Gala: 2022 Other: Public Input for Season: 5. Publicity: Syracuse Connection information & other publicity as needed. WORK SESSION 6. Committee/Board Member Updates/Discussion 7. Future Agenda Items 8.
