Date: January 04, 2022 3:00 P.M. Location: Emery County Administration Building 75 E Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah Emery County Board of Commissioners: Lynn Sitterud, Chairman Kent Wilson Gil Conover -Pledge of Allegiance/ Invocation- (Note to the public: The consent agenda consists of item(s) that are considered to be routine in nature and will be enacted in the form of one motion. Any items can be removed from the consent agenda and heard in its regular order at the request of any commissioner.) CONSENT AGENDA Items to be pulled for discussion by the Board will be placed first on the list of discussion items. All other consent agenda items will be approved in one motion. 1. Approval of check edit list, requisitions, and dispositions. 2. Approval of the December 14, 2021 Commission Meeting Minutes. 3. Approval to reclassify Janalee Luke's pay grade to Sr. Administrative Assistant Emergency Management/Grants Specialist at the Sheriff's Office. Move from Grade 14 to Grade 18 effective first pay period in 2022. 4. Approval to reclassify Kaylee VanWagoner's pay grade as the Lead Aquatic Center Operator move from a Grade 10 to Grade 12 effective first pay period in 2022. 5. Approval to reclassify Ariauna Downard's pay grade as the Water Safety Instructor II from Grade 8 to Grade 11 effective first pay period in 2022. 6. Approval to reclassify Samantha Johnson to a Legal Secretary II. Move from Grade 13 to Grade 14 effective first pay period in 2022. 7. Approval to do away with Correction Officer I and II and Patrol Deputy I and II and only have Deputy I and II. 8. NOTIFICATION selected Megan Hess as a part time Assistant Librarian in Elmo. Working 19 hours per week. Grade 7. 9. Approval for Cody Westenskow to receive the $550 stipend as the Orangeville Garage Lead beginning in January. 10. Approval to promote Jeremy Lake to Deputy II. Wage Grade 17 effective first pay period in 2022. Discussion Items Items that require discussion before approval by motion. 1. Annual Years of Service Awards Presentation. 2. Items pulled from the consent agenda. 3. Appointment of 2022 Commission Chairman. 4. Appointment of 2022 Commission Vice Chairman. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny 2022 Commission Responsibilities List. 6. Discuss/Approve/Deny precinct boundaries for 2022 and future years. 7. Discuss/Approve/Deny signing the Subdivision Janssen Settlement Participation Form and the Subdivision Distributor Settlement Form allowing Emery County to join in the Janssen Settlement. 8. Commission/Elected Officials Reports. 9. Adjourn. Any other business which may regularly come before The Board.
