Discuss & consider approval of Final Plat for Black Desert Resort, Phase 1 B. Discuss and consider recommendation regarding revisions to the Ivins City Land Use Plan. C. Discuss and consider recommendation defining Ivins City Solar, Ground-Mounted Solar and Wind Power and Allowable Uses. D. Discuss and consider recommendation regarding LRV accents and trim. E. Discuss and consider approval of the Ivins City Planning Commission Meeting Minutes for December 14, 2021. 4) REPORTS A. Planning Commission B. Chairman C.
