A. CONSIDER SUBDIVISION TRAILS DENSITY OPTION (Legislative)
Review Trails Density Option draft - an alternative to trade density for public trails when developing subdivisions.
B. CONSIDER NEEDED UPDATES TO THE GENERAL PLAN
Commissioners should note needed changes. Others will likely draft changes.
C. CONSIDER WATER CONSERVATION AND LANDSCAPING ORDINANCE (Legislative)
Review draft ordinance and other documents prepared by Mayor-appointed committee.
D. CONSIDER SHORT-TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE (Legislative)
Based on City Council direction, create an ordinance regulating short-term rentals.
