- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a Regular Meeting on December 14, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome - Chairperson 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson - November 9, 2021, Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00pm 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson - Invoice Register dated 11-06-2021 to 12-09-2021 in the amount of $22,130.07. 5. Executive Director Report - CDRA Executive Director - Discussion/Action: Utah Main Street Program and Community and Economic Development Proposal. 6. Chairperson Report - CDRA Chairperson 7.
