PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday December 14, 2021 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting November 9, 2021. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) December 2021. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2020-2021 budget 4. Gloria Shakespeare signature for HAP checks. 5. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 6. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George 7. Board member reimbursement checks / Employee Christmas bonus. 8. SGHA employees end of year performance / incentive bonus. 9. Report on 21 Emergency Housing Vouchers lease up. 10. CARES ACT money report.
