CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES DATED NOVEMBER 2, 2021 BUSINESS LICENSE/ ZONING CLEARANCE 3. SHORT TERM RENTAL - HEATHER BEHLING 4. GODBE LEATHER - COREY GODBE DISCUSSION ITEMS/REVIEW 5. REVIEW & RECOMMENDATION OF AMENDED FENCE ORDINANCE 6. TIMELINE FOR NOTICES 7. REVIEW OF RV COURT STATUTES 8. ADJOURNMENT The public is invited to attend all Planning Commission Meetings and Work Sessions. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify City Recorder, Brittany Yeates, at (435)384-2350 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
