NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 7 December 2021, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Petitions & communications: Andrew Flake, Sunrise Energy Business 1. Update for new town council members by Mayor Mitchell 2. Review business license application 3. Presentation & discussion of 2021 fraud risk assessment 4. Officially adopt updated Resolution #2021-02, concerning water rate changes voted on in 7 September 2021 meeting 5. Officially adopt updated Resolution 2021-01, concerning compensation rates voted on in 3 August 2021 meeting Approval of minutes for town council meeting held 2 November 2021 Approval for payment of November 2021 invoices Reports of officers and boards Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given three (3) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) business days prior to the town council meeting.
