- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 09, 2021, at 12:30 p.m. This meeting will be conducted entirely via electronic means. There will be an in-person option with limited seating at the anchor location of the Community Development Conference Room. The items listed below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to participate and provide comment. Planning Commission hearings can be viewed live on YouTube and Facebook at youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 - David Cabanilla requests Design Review approval for architectural changes on a mixed-use building, containing 4,300 sf of office space and 24 residential units, located at 980 W Center Street in the West Gateway (GW) zone.
