Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 14, 2021, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments on the following projects: - Eagle Quest East - A Master Development Plan, Preliminary Plat, General Plan Amendment, and a Rezone for a 430-lot development located on approximately 159.52 Acres, parcel 59:006:0053. - Sunset Flats - Atlas Cell Tower - A Site Plan for cell tower to be located within the Sunset Flats Development, parcel 59:007:0077. - Salt City Fitness - A Site Plan for a commercial development located on approximately 1 acre of land withing the Sweetwater Industrial Overlay Zone parcel 59:056:0048. - Eagle Ridge - A General Plan Amendment, Rezone and Preliminary Plat for a 17-lot development located on approximately 22.049 Acres, parcel 58:044:0011. - Antelope Meadows Pool and Clubhouse - A Site plan for an HOA Pool and Clubhouse located on approximately 0.70 Acres, parcel 59:044:0509. - Development Code Amendments to Chapter 17.48 Regional Technology and Industry Overlay Zone. - Triumph - A Master Development Plan, General Plan Amendment, Development Code Amendment, Rezone, and Preliminary Plat for a 235-lot development located on approximately 161.99 Acres, parcel 59:019:0013. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
