- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council has scheduled its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on 2nd of December, 2021 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: - Pledge of Allegiance - Prayer - Roll Call - Approval of Minutes from prior meeting - Report of officers - Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery - Council Member Chylene Whipple - Buildings and Economic Development - Council Member Mary Devonshire - Town Park - Council Member Eric Wells - Absent - Mayor Jeff Pei - Roads - Treasurer - Jessica Alvey - Clerk - Lisa Wells - Tabled Business: Sue Fivecoat request to the town council to honor Ordinance # 2000-4 in regards to water shares from of Hanksville Culinary Water System stock audit dated 03/16/2000 - New Business: Present design drawings and documents for roads project prior to bid requests - Brennan Rees Recommendation to amend town dog ordinance - C. Mona Wells Plans to request annexation of property into Hanksville - Dennis Lierd II - Public Comment: - Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4 Dated this 30th day of November, 2021 Lisa J.
