Syracuse City Arts Council Meeting Agenda December 1, 2021 8pm Meeting begins at 8pm in the Syracuse City Municipal Building's large conference room located at 1979 West 1900 South. 1. Opening Business - Call to Order - Adoption of December 1, 2021 Agenda - Review and Adoption November 3, 2021 Minutes - Approve Budget Expenditures since November 3, 2021 2. Public Comment-This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. . 3. Committee Members for the Gala: The following people have volunteered for the Gala - Dena Brady, Tammy Crosby, Lyle Elmore, Russ Lynch 4. Syracuse High School Summer Rental - Discussion and vote if needed. 5. Orchestra Concert Feedback 6. Long Range Needs of the Arts Council 7. Publicity: Syracuse Connection information & other publicity as needed. WORK SESSION 8. Committee Updates/Discussion 9. Process and Procedure Manual 10. Future Agenda Items 11.
