Review draft ordinance and other documents prepared by Mayor-appointed committee.
CONSIDER MIXED-USE OVERLAY ZONE (Legislative)
Consider creating a mixed-use overlay zone for parts of Hyde Park City. It could be a mix of housing types, and/or a mix of residential and commercial development, in the same parcel/property.
