Continued - 'Freeman' Residential Subdivision - 2175 East Panorama Way (R-1-8 Zone) Review and consideration of a request by Owner Colleen Freeman, for Conceptual and Preliminary plan application for a lot split of .488 acres of land located in the R-1-8 zone (One home per 8,000 sq ft) as per Holladay Ordinance 13.10 File #21-2-09 ACTION 2. Continued - 'Holladay Gateway' - Concept Residential PUD Site Plan - approx. 2300 E 4500 S (R-2-10 Zone) Review and consideration of a proposal by Applicant Jake Christensen, for a conceptual, residential subdivision plan for 1.95 acres of property proposed. Development proposes a 13-lot, single-family home development. Review as per provisions in Holladay Code 13.08 and 13.78. File #21-1-14 3.
