Discussion on Ordinance 2021.XX 10-15C-6 MPDO Density Calculations. A. Public Hearing: Public input is sought on Ordinance 2021.XX 10-15C-6 MPDO Density Calculations. An ordinance adding Density Calculations (ERU's) to the general requirements of the MPDO. Limit 3 minutes per person; please speak into the microphone and state full name. B. Possible recommendation to City Council. G. DISCUSSION ITEM(S): 1. Discussion on 10-22 Sign Regulations. 2. Discussion on possible future Resort Zone Overlay. 3. Discussion on adopting smaller lot residential zoning. H.
