The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting November 9, 2021, at 6:30p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, UT. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome --Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor - October 12, 2021, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30 pm. - October 18, 2021, Special Work Session held at 6:00 pm. - October 26, 2021, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30 pm. 5. Approval of Adjustments - Mayor - Transaction Register dated 10-01-2021 to 10-33-2021 in the amount of $4,970.90. 6. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor - Claims Register dated 10-23-2021 to 11-05-2021 in the amount of $247,295.03. - Requisitions as needed 7. Discussion/Action - Mayor - Approval of the 2021 General Election Canvass 8. Discussion/Action - Mayor - Proposal on Employees & COVID sick leave 9. Discussion/Action - Mayor - AT&T Lease Agreement 10. Discussion/Action - Mayor - RAP Tax Approval o Resolution 2021-20 A Resolution Establishing Procedures for the Mt. Pleasant City RAP Tax Program. 11. Public Participation - Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 12. Discussion/Action - Fire Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Fire Department. 13. Discussion/Action -- Public Works Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Public Works Department. 14. Discussion/Action -- Power Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Power Department. 15. Quarterly Financial Report - Dave Oxman - Quarterly Report on City Finances. 16. Council Reports - Justin Atkinson - Kevin Stallings - Russell Keisel - Rondy Black - Sam Draper 17.
